Who I am
I’m Rubert, the sole trader behind Rapid Flatpack. If you have a question about anything on this page, please use the contact form and I’ll answer it.
Information you send me
When you complete the enquiry form I collect the name, email address and telephone number you enter, the service you select, and the description of the job you write. I use that information only to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to book.
Your enquiry is stored in this website’s database and a copy is emailed to me. I do not sell it, and I do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Information collected automatically
The web host keeps standard server logs, which record the address of the computer making each request, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not run advertising, and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this website rather than from an outside font service, so viewing a page does not send your details to a third party.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as I may need them to answer questions about work I have carried out, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me through this website and I’ll deal with your request.
